i don't know why you have 102.15.1 version. It is very old and isn't ESR version. The latest version is 128.5.0esr-1~deb11u1 and there is armhf version too.

EDIT: I checked again, Firefox 102 was indeed ESR.
I have never used Raspi OS Bullseye though, things might be different. There is no ARM flatpak version of Firefox.
