Hi folks. I am making a full size keyboard using the RP2040 Hardware Design. I adapted a prototype board that had a similar issue and posted about it here: viewtopic.php?t=368240.
From what I can tell with a multimeter, the 1.1v DVDD trace is floating, and thus the board does not communicate with the PC at all.
From my testing it seems:
* The crystals, RP2040, and flash chip, all work when swapped onto the prototype board.
* The crystal does not oscillate.
* 1.1v net is floating.
* 3.3v and VBUS nets are both at normal voltage.
* There are no short circuits.
I am really lost as to what the problem could be, so any help is greatly appreciated!
