Can vendor data and vendor code or just data be added into spi eeprom? This is not replacing the bootcode binaries that are there already, but something that secures using the ARM processor the RPi before Linux is booted. This would allow any Linux to be semi secure. This would be used along with secure boot. So the RPI can boot both non secure or secure OS Linux. In secure mode, a cryptographic key is available, but in insecure mode it is not or different. The cryptographic token would be static or created at install time.
