The help says --listen "Listen for an incoming client network connection before sending data to the client"
Mine does that i.e. waits for client before stream starts.
Without the listen, it fails to start "libav: unable to open output mux for tcp://0.0.0.0:4567: Connection refused"
Yes, when the client (ffplay) is stopped, the rpicam-vid crashes with "libav: error writing output: Broken pipe"
