I have this working the way I want it at this time, I haven't added the coin up option but as soon as I start the code with the reader connected I was "provided" 15 mercy tickets. The important part is that its working for the testing I wanted to do. Now that I have this done I can at least test payout of tickets using the code that was adjusted by neilgl. I want to thank both ame and neilgl for your help in getting this done.
