I recall running into a 2GB limit for the Raspberry Pi OS swap file a long time ago.sudo edit /etc/dphys-swapfile, make the appropriate changes there, then reboot. See `man dphys-swapfile` for documentation.
I get a message in the terminal: want /var/swap=16384MByte, restricting to config limit: 2048MBytes, checking existing: deleting wrong size file (209715200), generating swapfile ... of 2048MBytes![]()
Is there another way to make the swap file larger? Calc has crashed due to insufficient memory. I tryd this method with CONF_SWAPSIZE=16384 https://diyusthad.com/2022/01/how-to-in ... ry-pi.html
Is that still the case?
