Presumably your flow sensors are connected to different pins? They must be.
Your code looks as if it makes no effort to handle more than one sensor.
I can only see one interrupt/event handler - you need one per input pin (or a common handler which can work out which pin has just been triggered).
Then you probably want separate accumulators for each sensor.
