I tested this more don't think it is a size issue or a copy issue here because the behavior I'm observing is this:
1- SDCard 1 of 32Gb works on Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W number 1
2- I copy SDCard 1 of 32Gb to SDCard 2 of 32Gb and plug it back in Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W number 1 --> Everything works fine
3- I plug SDCard 2 of 32Gb in Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W number 2 --> Everything works fine
4- I plug SDCard 2 of 32Gb in Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W number 3 --> Errors!
So the copied SD Card works fine on the first Raspberry Pi and the second one but then it starts throwing errors on the number 3.
How can I further troubleshoot this?
Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W number 3 seems to work fine with a clean image tho, but the behavior experienced here is very confusing.
The copies are made with Win32 Disk Imager.
Could this be due to some settings stored in the eeprom that the issue is happening on Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W number 3?
