Remove/disconnect everything from the Pi, including removing it completely from any case you may have it into right now.
Using the Raspberry PI Imagery, burn a new copy of the latest Raspberry PI OS into the SD card.
Put the SD card into the PI, connect the pi to an HDMI screen/monitor, attach a mouse and keyboard into the USB ports, plug the appropriate power supply to the Pi, as in not a phone charger, but an actual power supply such as the official Raspberry PI supply.
