Takes time for DRAM makers to upsize.I find the option to have 16GB RAM surprising. I wonder if a 16GB Pi 5 will also come out about the same time.
Perhaps in early PI5 design days there was no 16GB.
16GB is 128Gbits, which is the largest Micron LLDDR, it might not have been available till recently.
Number of components = 8, does that mean there are 8 dram die stuck in that package?
